Wanted- house sit or short term/long term affordable accommodation

We are a professional couple in our early 40's from New Zealand and Scotland who are coming to Italy to live and work from end of October/beginning November 2009. We are able to house sit and maintain your property as well as animals while you're away. Husband is qualified mechanic and general all round handyman and I'm also a qualified TEFL teacher. We are prepared to consider any locations but preferably Le Marche region. To rent all requires is a room or small apartment. And we are prepared to flat share with owner or flat mates. We are able to provide references – we have previously done house sitting in Scotland and also managed a Bed & Breakfast which accommodated 16. In New Zealand we owned/operated a Seafood restaurant and also owned/managed Immigration to NZ consultancy business.
