Graffiti clean up on home

We have unfortunately been hit by some local graffiti artists. Back home we know that the local council will provide you with the appropriate cleaning products to get rid of it - does anyone know if the local authorities do anything similar here in Italy? Also can anyone point us in the direction of a good hardware store that will stock heavy duty cleaning products. Thanks
